Using ZedFindEstates
By creating an account or using ZedFindEstates, you agree to provide accurate information, use the marketplace lawfully, treat other users respectfully, and avoid misleading listings, fraud, harassment, or misuse of another person’s information. You are responsible for the content you submit and the activity on your account.
Information and conversation records
All information you provide to ZedFindEstates and every conversation you have through our in-app messaging service are recorded and stored. This includes account and profile details, property listings, and messages exchanged between users. If we investigate a suspected violation of this agreement, these records may be used against your account as evidence when deciding what enforcement action to take, including restricting or closing an account. Records may also be reviewed to protect users and the service or to respond to lawful requests.
Do not share information in a listing or message that you would not want retained or reviewed for these purposes. ZedFindEstates does not represent that off-platform conversations are recorded by this service.
Retention and disclosure
Records are retained as needed to operate the marketplace, handle disputes and safety concerns, enforce this agreement, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to purposes related to operating and protecting ZedFindEstates, except where disclosure is required by law. Contact us to ask about your account information or raise a privacy concern.
Listings and communications
You must have the right to publish a listing and must describe the property honestly. Messages should relate to the property or transaction and must not contain threats, scams, or unlawful content. ZedFindEstates may review on-platform content when investigating reports or enforcing this agreement.
